Your mitochondria can’t make energy without raw materials. Low iron = low oxygen delivery. Low B12 = nerve and mood issues.

Even “in range” doesn’t mean optimal.

Low Free T3 or high Reverse T3 = low energy, slow metabolism, brain fog, overwhelm.

TSH alone won’t catch this, most docs miss it.
